"I have never worked directly with Nick Feller but my husband has. After meeting with Nick my husband had nothing but wonderful things to say about him. My husband always said he trusts Nick and if we ever had a problem he believed Nick would be right there to help us out. It is comforting to know your insurance agent is on your side.Nick's staff is wonderful. They too go out of their way to answer my questions and make sure I understand what I am signing should I be making a change in a policy. My husband passed away recently and he always took care of our insurance business. Nick's staff has done everything in their power to help me understand what my options are. I am grateful for their patience, kindness and knowledge. I would highly recommend this group. They give 110% and and when you are dealing with insurance you need hard working , honest people in your corner! Thanks for all you do!"

"I will tell you what my wife and I have been with Statefarm for over 20 years. We were with Tom out of Homewood Illinois for a very long time. Tom Referred us to Nick after Tom retired. I will say Nick and his staff are absolutely amazing. I personally deal mostly with Guadalupe, but I know Tom makes the Decisions. Whether it’s through text, Call, or email they get a hold of you right away. They never leave a problem lingering. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. To all those who are Statefarm haters just like anything else in the world you have to find the right person. That Nick and his team do an outstanding job. Thank you for all your hard work and I hope you guys have continued success in our area. I know we will be with you for life. A special shout out to Guadalupe. She is absolutely fantastic. Thank you for all the quick responses. It makes my life so much easier when you have so many different Policies and the person on the other end of the phone knows what they’re talking about and takes care of business. "I’ve been with this specific office at the age of 15 on permit with Allen Bartels, and now with Nick. Now almost 50 I’m still here. I’ve had accidents and home owners issues and they have never not had my back. With my daughters in college renters insurance and such always helps ease the stress. I could have gone to another insurance company years ago but they never gave me a reason to leave. If I need them I call them and speak to a person. Nowadays it’s invaluable. I appreciate everyone there and looking out for my family. One last thing. Recently interacting with Guadalupe with a new insurance policy I was really impressed. Kind, knowledgeable and she saved us money in the end. Thank you"
